Believers in Bangladesh Help Neighbors III

Believers in Bangladesh help their communities during the Coronavirus lockdown.

One more village has been helped as the lockdown extended to the end of April. Army patrols the streets. Police beat the people who beak the curfew with sticks. The situation is intense, but helped arrived in time.

EMERGENCY CALL

Christians in Bangladesh suffer hunger during the lockdown. They just ran out of food. They need provisions till the end of the quarantine.

Your help is needed. Please donate!

The situation is eerily reminiscent of the Jewish ghettos under the Nazis during WWII: lockdown, starvation and disease followed, then death and of course the infamous transports to death camps.

…they are forbidding people to leave their homes, or stubbornly disobeying them. And everyone has been asked to use masks. Everyone is ordered to stay at a distance…

One more village has been helped today, 4/10/2020.

I fell in front of the army today. Shortly after we reached…, the army went to patrol that village shortly after. Many questions asked us, where do we come from? Why come? Then I told them everything. So they were telling me that we should leave the village with these packets in the hands of the youth of that village. But, I requested them to reach out to the people in these villages only, after many requests, they gave us only 20 minutes. So, as soon as possible, I had left the packet in their hands, and the army was very happy to hear that I was distributing food in the midst of poverty. Depending on the situation in the country, we would not be allowed to stay long, and they themselves told us to help more.

They will need ongoing help. Please donate below to help see these families through this crisis.
