The Power of Prayer

Prayer is a powerful way to connect with God, seek His guidance, and stand in faith on behalf of others. We invite you to deepen your prayer life and join us in lifting up the needs of our ministry and the communities we serve.

Cultivate a Scripture-Based Prayer Life

Spend time reading the Scriptures contemplatively, allowing God to guide you in what to pray for—and how to pray. Effective prayer is rooted in the Word of God.

Keep a Prayer Journal

Write down:

  • Prayer topics
  • Relevant Bible verses or promises
  • Your reflections and insights
  • Updates on prayers outcomes

Appointed Time

Set aside a dedicated time and quiet place for prayer—free from distractions and interruptions.

Follow the principle Jesus taught:

“When you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray…”
– Matthew 6:6

Creating intentional space for prayer helps you connect more deeply with God and hear His voice clearly.

Individual & Community Prayer

Make time for both personal and communal prayer. Each plays a vital role in a healthy spiritual life—seeking God privately and standing in unity with others.

As Scripture says:

“These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication…”
– Acts 1:14 (NKJV)

“They all joined together constantly in prayer…”
– Acts 1:14 (NIV)
