Our Work

“He laid aside his outer garments, and taking a towel, tied it around his waist. Then he poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet…” John 13:4-5 ESV “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve,” Mark 10:45 ESV

Servant Leadership

Transforming Lives Through Faith and Action

We believe that true transformation begins with both the heart and the hands. That’s why we go beyond teaching practical, Bible-based knowledge—we also actively care for the physical and economic needs of the communities we serve.

Our mission is to promote self-reliance—what we call God-reliance—by equipping individuals with the tools they need to grow and thrive. Our initiatives include:

  • Biblical education
  • Job training, skills development, and job creation
  • Community-building programs
  • Agricultural projects in select regions

Everything we do is rooted in holistic, culturally relevant ministry that reflects the love and example of the Messiah. Our goal is to restore dignity, build hope, and empower individuals and families to create lasting, meaningful change in their communities.

Biblical Education

Rooted in Scripture. Lived Out in Community. We model discipleship by promoting deep Bible knowledge and encouraging Bible-centered living in everyday life. Our goal is to help individuals grow in faith and apply God’s Word in practical, transformative ways.

Jobs, Skills & Community-building Programs

We equip individuals with new skills, offer meaningful support, and nurture confidence. Our programs are designed to promote dignity, God-reliance, and lasting transformation—helping build strong, healthy communities.

Agricultural projects

Our agricultural initiatives—currently focused in Bangladesh—are designed to meet practical needs while building long-term sustainability. These projects not only provide food and income but also strengthen community bonds through shared responsibility and mutual support.

Discipleship That Transforms Lives

Biblical Education

Our discipleship efforts include:

Storytelling seminars and community events that make the Bible accessible and engaging

Support for local leaders, Bible study groups, and children’s programs

Adult literacy programs that empower individuals to read the Bible for themselves

By equipping people with Scripture and walking with them in community, we help foster lasting spiritual growth that impacts families and entire communities.

Restoring Hope

Jobs, Skills & Community-building Programs

Restoring Hope in Armenia
Empowering women through community and creativity: in vulnerable border regions—where unemployment is high and many families are struggling to rebuild their lives—community is more than support, it’s survival. War widows, single mothers, and refugees from the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) find strength and hope through our silk painting classes and fellowship.

Rebuilding Lives Amid Crisis in Bangladesh
Communities in Bangladesh have been deeply impacted by a series of crises—extreme weather, cyclones, flooding, and ethnic violence have destroyed homes, crops, and livelihoods. Entire villages have been washed away, leaving families with nothing. One of our key ongoing initiatives is rebuilding homes for those who have lost everything. There is an urgent need for emergency food relief to help families survive during this critical time. Your support helps bring stability, shelter, and sustenance to those in desperate need.

Empowering Communities Through Sustainable Farming

Agricultural Projects

Water Solutions
We install deep wells, rainwater collection tanks, and irrigation systems to ensure access to clean drinking water and reliable water sources for farming. These systems are vital for both health and agriculture.

Fish Ponds
Our fish and shrimp farms provide sustainable sources of protein and income. These ponds also support our broader community outreach and nutrition programs.

Rice Fields
We provide funding, while local village communities contribute labor. With written covenants in place, villagers participate in the planting and share in the harvest. This model promotes ownership, dignity, and long-term food security.

Vegetable Gardens
Similar to our rice field model, we fund vegetable-growing initiatives while community members supply the labor. The harvest is shared, ensuring everyone benefits from fresh, nutritious produce.

Chickens & Chicken Coops
A host family receives a starter flock of young chickens. As the chickens begin to lay eggs and hatch chicks, the family passes chicks on to another household. This cycle continues, creating a ripple effect of sustainability throughout the village.

Goats
Families are given a pair of goats. Once the goats produce their first offspring, the family donates one to another household. This simple yet powerful model encourages sharing, growth, and self-reliance across the community.
